does that always start at a certain time of the day? We had that certain issue and it turned out, that the provider had messed up when they connected s/o else in our street. Every time that person used his internet... our down-/ and upload died...he caused a disturb signal..

.... :thinking: i remember spending hours in the hotline of kabel bw...had to pay that myself cause i had to use the mobile phone (no normal phone without upload XD).... it took me almost 2 months of calling them until one of them admited he can see a disturb signal .... =__= GL!
