I feel your pain. I've had my issues with vodafone too, but it's been good for a couple months now.

For over 2 months now, every single day at about 8:20pm i have highping for like 2hours, ridiculous

does that always start at a certain time of the day? We had that certain issue and it turned out, that the provider had messed up when they connected s/o else in our street. Every time that person used his internet... our down-/ and upload died...he caused a disturb signal..
