The changes to loot balance was not intentional. We'll be investigating what happened and restoring the old balance next week!

He's right, some cities obtain better FPS but on open areas you'll see decrease in performance.

exactly if they would let us loose some of the grass our fps would be 60+ on some pcs all the time
