I always hear support players complain that no one protects them. Realistically what do you expect unless you have a zarya or a winston?

can that really be the DPS role in OW? I play a fair amount of soldier and McCree and i cant frag and sit on my zen.
Soldier and zen/ana can almost always play exactly in the same position and focus the same target
