No, because at the same time, Riot has literally no reason to ban someone who isn't actually cheating. They're deleting a customer.

This situation is a bit different than just being a customer. He was not in a random "esports team with friends". And talking by experience, their anti-cheat bans people who isn't actually cheating and they do not know the reason or can't see what caused it.
