He made a statement that he believes it was unjust and asked for evidence, but Riot never showed any evidence.
Riot has literally no obligation to show anything. They can ban you for literally nothing if they wanted to.

No, because at the same time, Riot has literally no reason to ban someone who isn't actually cheating. They're deleting a customer.
