Because Abe made it clear that the servers (even the pvp one) aren't supposed to just be KoS, people are supposed to keep everyone's content in mind and not just kill everyone for the sake of their own content, completely disregarding others' content -
- but plenty of people don't give any regard to that idea, and play the game as they're used to playing Rust.
The rust players that i have seen play rust and otv are not playing any where near the level they normally play rust. New players and rust ogs are all there to create content. You can't put it all on the ogs to hand hold all day and ignore the content they create.
I'm not saying they're all acting that way. Plenty of people are doing a great job acclimating to the server, but others are completely ignoring it just killing people left and right not saying a word.
