Tried going a day without caffeine and had serious headaches. Any tips on how to reduce caffeine intake without harsh withdrawal symptoms? :<

Honestly, best way is to power through a full quit for about 3 days. You'll probably be sleeping like 15 hours a day because you'll get headaches and be rly tired, but otherwise it'll be extremely hard limiting your intake
