customer service companies spend a lot of effort in avoiding contact with the customers and it shows
I recently started working in Customer Service, and it's definitely not the case everywhere

i used to work customer service and I believed the same thing. i actually tried contacting that company as a customer once and I was proven wrong

Well i contacted them twice as a customer myself and have only had good experiences, our work routines are all pretty much built around a happy customer, pushing payment due dates back etc.
