FYI: DMCAs can be false. They can be fraudulent. They can even trigger off public use sounds (eg https://twitter.com/AnEternalEnigma/status/1319055214637441028 …). Further, EULA in most games allow for content creation. Devs often PAY EXTRA for it.

So many games would be nothing without streamers making them famous. I don't think his line of thinking is near sound.
