woke up still feeling sore but after a few hours now its feeling much better, might just need to take more breaks and don't overdo it in the gym considering the movements and muscles used aren't very natural :D
Pretty sure i pulled a muscle or something in my shoulder on my last climbing session, cant find any comfortable position for my left arm to try and fall asleep :/ slight pain going down to my elbow. Hopefully nothing too serious D:
