If Hearthstone tournaments allow notes, then thats a general rule and fine. The problem with publishing this notepad and writing notes on paper is you can use it against people who arent aware/wouldnt want people doing that. Therefore its cheating
Exactly, thats why she made it public so people know that she uses it. I can understand why people see this as cheating so I agree that u need to implement a rule if this is allowed or not but it's not cheating if u write information down that u gathered urself
