Dear Travelers, In our Oct. 9 post, we estimated that the issues with Keqing and Mona's Elemental Bursts would be resolved by Oct. 10. This issue has yet to be fully resolved. Once it is, we will issue the appropriate compensation as stated in our earlier announcement.

what the fuck are u even saying, where am i bitching? I have Keqing as my only 5*. My point is that there is no way to compensate a bug and no need to, because it is a BUG.

They said on their website that the compensation is 100 primogems for Mona and another for Kequing.
