Dear Travelers, In our Oct. 9 post, we estimated that the issues with Keqing and Mona's Elemental Bursts would be resolved by Oct. 10. This issue has yet to be fully resolved. Once it is, we will issue the appropriate compensation as stated in our earlier announcement.
I wonder what compensation one could possibly give for a bug?? Like are we gonna get some free summons? I wont say no but how does that make any sense LOL

Most gacha games compensate players with summoning or other materials for various things like bugs or even sometimes emergency maintence. The logic behind this is that players probably paid real money for those characters so them having bugs is like selling broken merch.

The compensation is less for the bug and more for the bug not getting fixed by the time they said it would imo. Knowing mihoyo from Honkai Impact 3rd the compensation is going to be a certain amount of primogems.
