Well yes and no. I’m no fan of the state of politics in the US but mail in voting is notorious for fraud voting in the United States. They find votes cast from people that have been dead for years because there’s no identity verification for the vote besides listing an SSN.

So instead of fixing the problem they just remove it and lie about what theyre doing? The context really matters too. Pandemic going on, trump trying everything to get reelected, no matter how scummy.
