I think it was obvious from the start this game wasn't ready to be released to the public. This move shows that, and i think it also shows some pressure from higher ups (not devs) to release the game. Unfortunately having to go a step back now, i hope you guys can come back

Having different game modes isn’t a bad thing... personally, I feel the looming issues were the simple, obvious ones.

Yes, the game needs a lot more polish, however no matter how polished, you cannot and i repeat you can NOT release a game with a lack of identity like this. Also, even games like PUBG with multiple million active users had heavy queue issues once they introduced new queues.

Splitting the community into these modes from the get go will open a whole other can of worms that you just don't need to deal with. Look at fortnite, they can make a lot of different modes but they still make sure they have them on a limited rotation to keep queues together
