Swelling is not going away, hand feeling weaker as time goes on... What the hell can i do?

I woke up with a mosquito bite (i think) on my hand (at the soft part between thumb and index finger) and now pretty much half my hand is super swollen, feels numb and really warm. Im guessing some kind of allergic reaction or so? Idk just looks spooky

Swelling went back a little bit throughtout the night. Just used a cool Pack on it in the evening and its feeling better today :)

Could be a spider bite as well but if you feel any tightness in your neck area call 911. Could be a severe allergic reaction
