What If on twitter people said to "dont forget to like and follow" everytime they tweeted just like every youtube video?

Can youtubers stop this please? It's super annoying and I make it a point to not do either when they try to tell me to do it.
"also i just found out only 80% of my viewers are actually subscribed so please go ahead and subscribe so you can see my other videos" is the new trend, at least with minecraft youtubers
