Epic games owns the Unreal Engine so they have the best expertise to make sure that there is not that many “loopholes” for cheaters. And if there is some they are very fast of fixing it.
I really wonder how fortnite doesnt have as bad of a cheater problem as any other Game... Do the cheatmakers just Not care about the game anymore? Makes No sense because big playerbase=alot of customers, is the Anti-Cheat actually good? I really doubt it. So what is it?

Thats not really an argument at all, Overwatch has a custom engine, valve owns source engine etc. I'd say with confidence that blocking cheats is not the reason they arent as rampant in FN as other games.

They probably have a good anticheat and I'd imagine bloom makes it harder perhaps? I guess you could only cheat with snipers and shotguns consistently

Ive always tbought there is probably thousands of wallhackers in fortnite, considering nobody would ever suspect anything because of how the game works, but blatant aimbots including no recoil/bloom pop up every now and then aswell

Probably a mixture of playerbase age as well as big console player base, a lot of people play on xbox/ps4 or the phone, it's a lot harder to cheat on those platforms than on PC
