From what i can tell the thing they were aiming to solve when it comes to peekers advantage (literally seeing the enemy delayed because of ping) is definitely working well, However theres other aspects that make peekers adv worse in this game than cs ,mainly walk accuracy

I mean there's always gonna be some sort of delay it's impossible to 100% fix without cutting other losses (wrong prediction etc.), also of that there's alot of factors that could explain a single clip like this. Not saying anything is perfect but i dont think its main issue
