Imagine u order food, it arrives after 100mins (40 mins later than they told me), the order literally misses half the items, i told the driver and called the restaurant after, they tell me i ordered things that i definitely didnt order, but they'd give me an extra donut
2 more hours later (3 hours 15mins after i initially ordered) they send the missing items, with no donut. why? just why?
