because the 3 low mmrs cant land kills consistently vs average MMR... It's extremely frustrating for both the high mmr players and the low mmr players as they get destroyed in every fight and the high mmrs feel helpless

VALORANT SBMM works in making even games, but it makes for a very unenjoyable experience, e.g. it pairs me with 1 other high MMR and 3 very low MMR players vs 5 average, meaning me and the other high in my team pop off and still lose ~10-13 or similar 1/2

ranked cant come soon enough cause this really sucks. we played premade as 3 and every game we get 1 or 2 players who are literally new to game and playing their 2nd or 3rd game.

Beta experience is in development. There isnt this much of Tiers currently so the people Just Put in View groups. So people that Start the Game and kill some newbes get in the high Tier fast and drop out in Games Like you describe but many people start playing a New so Play more

Perfect example here, looks like 1-2 good players filled by much worse players. Game ends up probably pretty close around 13-11 or something by the looks of the stats but it's not fun for anyone
