News went out around 5pm I think, university was likely just slow to the news.
University just cancelled all lectures, exams, etc. everything closed until further notice This email was sent at 9:30 PM, meaning there must have been some serious news coming from the health department of our government...

Ah, makes sense... i guess they probably had a meeting before letting everyone know then, either way that's still fairly late, usually never get emails after noon from them
