The timing of this tweet is pretty crazy. Starting today, buses only open the back doors, and have the front part blocked off. The only thing i found a little strange is that they don't sell tickets anymore (i understand the virus could be carried via cash, but how are ppl who don't have a longterm ticket supposed to get one

The estimate is around 70-80% for pretty much every country in the world at the moment. Not sure what you mean, China didn't contain anything, they're slowing down the spread fairly well at the moment but that's about it. Containment phase in most affected countries is way over.
