Given the situation I want to offer my services to the elderly (or otherwise at risk individuals) who live near me to pick up shopping / necessities and drop it off to them to their homes. Trouble is I have no idea how to contact those people. Ideas?
Newspaper entry is the best i could think of. Maybe talk to some of the stores you'd go to and see if they'd allow you to hang up a paper
