The problem is how Blizzard is handling it. I think some of the new casters are more knowledgable but also worse at actually casting than some of the ones that left. But the problem is that blizz could just offer everyone less because they know people like ZP and Jaws will...
Take it because they are trapped in the ow/blizzard ecosystem, and outside of it there is no way to develop ow casting talent. Monte,doa and semmler just like jaws and zp are fantastic casters, they just know they have a choice not to continue because of other options.

I dont really see that as a problem tbh. Unless they are low balling their current talent by A LOT but wouldnt that be the complaint of the current talent and not Monte/Doa? Im definitely not arguing that Monte/Doa arent amazing and worth a lot but the current lineup is good imo

Thats the point they lowballed everyone, but only select people have the option to decline. And those are the ones with options outside ow. Now Blizzard is using that to say the people leaving werent dedicated enough to the game which is bullshit
