Mirage and Bloodhound need a buff because they dont actively help in Teamfights when it comes to their abilities. Wattson needs a nerf because infinite healing is way too powerful in competitive (on top of the other defensive stuff). Octane needs a buff because hes essentially...
...a worse version of pathfinder. Lifeline needs a buff because almost everything she does, gibraltar does for the whole team and more. (Also low profile why?) Bangalore needs a buff because compared to other fraggy legends her abilities are underwhelming.
