hero pools is just a convenient way for Jeff Kaplan to save face that again Blizzard really has no idea how to balance Overwatch

I'd agree but the previous 2 patches have been pretty on the mark and really fast. I think we are like 5 nerfs away from the game being really good

thats exactly the reason why hero pools arent necessary right now and just lazy by them instead of giving players the decision of hero bans. They arent necessary at all if theyre going to balance more aggressively

Players are not biased when it comes to power such as banning. The community can use it in wrongfully. Blizzard having that power makes sure its fair to everyone and if someone has a problem its directed towards them instead of inciting toxicity among the community.

Why are you talking about bias when it comes to hero bans? Its about player agency, players having control in their own games. A player in a game SHOULD have some say in what hero gets banned in THEIR match. They are the one playing the game

But you are not the only playing in said game right? There are 11 other players. Eg: u say mei should be banned for that match. Some may agree and some may disagree. Which will eventually lead to toxicity. One of person who disagreed may just throw the match.

R6S has a fully functioning hero banning phase, based on team votes.
