You clearly didn't listen to the video properly then. They literally said they are going to put in balance changes more aggressively on top of those systems. Those systems aren't some weird masks to hide the fact they don't/won't patch more often.

Yes, I did. You think those 2 new systems are an "act". Some weird illusions of "we are going to balance the game more aggressively" without actually doing it when an entire part of the video was talking about how they are going to balance the game more agressively.

They've released 3 patches in the last 2 weeks and people have been happy about it so it proves you wrong about it being an "act" when they are already living up their word without those systems.
