First of all, they both play multiple heroes, second of all if Zen is banned by OWL, they won't play either. 3rd if 1 player forces a 100% ban on a character, that gives the team an advantage in terms of strategy. The whole concept of planning bans vs teams is depth in itself.

Not enough heroes, not enough ability crossover. There's literally only one speed boost for example. You ban an auto attacker with a stun in a MOBA and there's others to choose from. In OW you ban a hero and no other hero can do the same things, which makes balance a nightmare.
