The times ive heard blizzard say they listen to feedback, i can't count on 2 hands. I don't believe it until they actually put actions behind their words. Hero pools and "experimental" is 2 ways to act as if they're willing to balance more aggressively without doing it. 0 Risk.

You clearly didn't listen to the video properly then. They literally said they are going to put in balance changes more aggressively on top of those systems. Those systems aren't some weird masks to hide the fact they don't/won't patch more often.
