Making beef stew today with onions, garlic, carrots, celery, potatoes and leek, gotta simmer this guy for 1.5-2hours and we feasting

Forgot to say chili aswell. And i added some cream at the end to finish it off, it turned out amazing

You could easily make that simmer for 5-6 hours and really low heat, just make sure there's enough water in there and make it taste of a lot more but sounds really amazing
