Try booting secure mode, or can U not get ur into bios?

Im in bios but wtf am I supposed to do from there
Well every bios is different, try to find an option to boot in secure mode, if u manage to do that check If U got any system restore points, If U cant get it to boot, easiest would probably be to reformat

I have a boot menu which nothing works in that menu works. And thats all I can find
