Too many sads on my timeline. Take some Vitamin D, friends! I have a legitimate deficiency, and I have to take 5000 IU daily in order to function normally. Do it. Go buy some and take it in the morning with food.

i started taking Vitamin D3 supplements about 2 weeks ago, definitely helps me care less about negative things, thanks to @dizzykitten7 for recommendation :'D
