What CPU? Usually that's the bottleneck when it comes to streaming/gaming from the same PC (unless you are using NVENC encoding)

NVENC, 970 i7 7700k, my apex runs like shit even without streaming in certain areas, its just my pc parts that cant handle it nothing i can do apart from replacing parts which i cant afford

7700k is a solid processor, do you have it overclocked at all? I'd recommend trying x264 encoding if you haven't already, should relieve a bit of load from your graphics card.

trying it right now, performance seems significantly better, didn't really notice a difference to not streaming yet despite changing from 648p to 720p :D thanks guys!
