I feel like theres a missed opportunity here via Twitch extensions + Game APIs for larger streamers. I estimate costs to build a really good extension that automates these "stream gamification features) (that can boost viewer retention) would be around....like, $1000?

Just for myself personally, i hate extentions on twitch and immediately deactivate all of them when i open a stream, not sure how often they're actually used by people?
