i just want to take csgo as an example - they allow any resolution, they allow CUSTOM fov and xyz positions of gun models, they allow CUSTOM crosshairs, the hud is basically all CUSTOMISABLE. yet in competitive the broadcaster sees everything default. why can’t fortnite do that?
They can, that's literally how their spectator mode is built and works lol, it has nothing to do with client side settings, it fetches information from the server, which is also why its laggy and desynced at times.
so they should allow customisability of fov and res then, if they can do what CS does in their comp games? surely they realise all these factors such as “nausea” or whatever bs they said is completely subjective to each individual. imagine if CS removed this ability...
