Hopefully the baller nerf tomorrow is substantial enough for them to not matter so much. Also we still dont need the 50% spawn rate, thats stupid.
They introduced 50% vehicle spawnrate because the vehicles they released were broken and messed with the game balance, unfortunately they don't see that fundamental issue.
