stress ball, i had the same issue i just used it when i was watching streams/vids
Been getting some pain in my hand and fingers recently (not wrist? lol), apart from exercises and compression wrist gloves, anyone have any recommendations?

Legit, take a small break. Buy a stress ball and play less hours and eat better. Helped me a lot. An injury potentially destroying/harming your career is much worse than taking a small break or playing 1-2 hrs less a day. Keep healthy friendo!
