I had that a few years ago actually but it was a picture a guy sended to me and than I got hacked he opened my webcam and shit and I needed to buy a new pc :( because he destroyed it :(

I think i got rid of the files, however u can never be 100% sure, if its still there i'll have to reformat, ran a bunch of scans in safe mode etc, should be good to go since my scanners dont find the files anymore now.
