If there’s something I don’t like in a game, or something I find unbalanced, I TRY to avoid mentioning it. Why? There’s a good chance millions of other people are already mentioning it and Epic is well aware. Me tweeting that I hate something isn’t going to change anything (1/3)

It’s like when you get comments, “this YouTuber sucks”—that doesn’t help us improve. We need constructive criticism. Stating you hate something doesn’t help anyone—and it just causes more people to come out/ follow along...after all, we are influencers;

we influence people’s opinions. I think we have a responsibility to be aware of the reach we have—and why would you want to send hate to a game dev who has made a game that you genuinely love (I know there’s bugs, glitches, imbalances, etc.),

As much as i'd like to agree with you, coming from early days of Overwatch i can Tell you its definitely Not the Case. The competitive Community asked for one hero Limit for months and Blizzard kept saying that No Hero Limit is a Core part of the game, multiple E-Mails... 1/2

And conversations Happened in private with Blizzard before we took the issue to social Media. Nothing changed, when we changed our strategy and went public with it, it didnt take long for Blizzard to implement it in ranked. A couple months later in the whole Game.
