the 7+ kill booster to give an extra +1 I feel is a must. I had one game where I finished 2nd and was absolutely ok with it, the one who won totally deserved it, he played end game perfectly and had 15 kills. I feel it isn't fair hes scored like someone with 7.
As long as there's a gamelimit, it's fine, i dont really think either one is much better, however what you proposed would probably make more sense for a pub qualifier since it really seperates the players, however it will end up with people getting 20+points in 1 game
which will just end up in extremely long queuetimes, so probably wont really work either
