Im playing so tilted lately, i need to maybe take a break or so and come back after like a day.
Similar to how athletes stretch to warmup instead of lifting weights to warmup to lift more weights... Which is why tools such as aim trainers, osu or even playground are really good to warmup concentration and hand/eye coordination

I used to, haven't in a while but i think it can really help with fortnite specifically since you have specific rhythms in building patterns aswell which osu has. This is one of the main reasons i stopped using it for overwatch since it was mostly just literally warming my hands
