Yeah I remember something nick eh 30 said in twitter one time, was something like you dont see athletes training or in the gym for 14 hours, so im trying to take more rest and find a groove to it maybe

Similar to how athletes stretch to warmup instead of lifting weights to warmup to lift more weights... Which is why tools such as aim trainers, osu or even playground are really good to warmup concentration and hand/eye coordination
