No I dont think I need and im pretty sure I will be chosen as GM by blizz. I dont know anyone who could do a better job than me or someone that has more experience than me.

Maybe they did, but that's more guidance than having to ask blizzard for permission about what kind of twitter account you make... Of course it's kinda wierd, but i do understand it in this specific situation, since it's fairly safe if theres a RO team wizo will get in, 1/2
Either way, as i said, if it ends up not being the case, he can still give the twitter handle away or the other person can make another account with a different name, simple as that :P
