Exactly this. Go into games with the mentality that every death is your fault. Maybe you had a microstutter sure but you could've also just played the fight safer so that it wouldn't come down to you hitting that 1 shot or not. The best way to improve as a player is to re-watch your losses/deaths, analyze it, and see where you went wrong.
I know sometimes a death is due to lag/RNG, etc., but if you always blame it on factors that you can’t control, you’ll never improve. Always keep improving!
