does twitch have any control over banning / not banning the streamers that got DMCA'd over playing that one song that we shall not mention? like can they just say "heck off we're not banning these streamers cause u guys are 12" or are they just legally forced to comply

pretty much, it's only enforced if its closed beta or something like that, and that typically states obviously to the player that no recording / uploading or streaming is allowed
