I have seen this in clinical practice. One vegan young woman with anorexia in her twenties ended up in wheelchair for the end of her life. Terribly sad.

Sad but true I’ve not seen that exact scenario, but multitude of severely ill ppl who claim “but doc I couldn’t eat healthier” in reality they are living on nonnutritive carbohydrates and highly processed “foods” in the name of veganism.

Mixed responses. Shocking. Supplements should not be required in a human appropriate diet. The end! I am sick of hearing “you didn’t do it right”. If you need to have a PhD in supplements science, you are not consuming the appropriate diet for you. How hard is common sense?
