I like The Mandalorian but let's be real, it is (or, rather, should be) straight up ridiculous how male dominated it is. Imagine a show that in its first three episodes, only had one man in a minor speaking role, and every other character of any significance at all was a woman.
Of all the characters you named, you have 5 that are actually important to the plot, the rest are just background characters. This is what I meant by 5 characters, I meant of course "of importance".

"Background characters" are crucial to these conversations, and to our perceptions of who makes up a society. It's essential that women make up more "background characters" in these worlds.

With that reasoning, I find it very important that a role as important as an armorer for Mandalorians is held by a woman. I understand that you would prefer more female characters, I would like the Mando himself be female, but this is not something minor to let pass, imo.
