The article says the film was made for the small screen and it would have hurt careers of everyone My best guess is that sons it was low budget – it probably watches like a TV film- and putting it in theaters like a big budget film would have lost them money and goodwill.

What nonsense. Oh no, it didn't feel like a modern big budget spectacle. So what? That's probably a good thing! Too many movies these days feel like CGI orgies without heart or story.

He says all the safe things…kissing his boss’s ass for a “courageous” decision, lauding the talent, etc but repeatedly says its not releasable…why? what reason? Why is it unreleasable?
